Return Eligibility
Products Eligible for Return
You may return products purchased from shop.morzze.com within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition
- All original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories are intact
- The product has not been installed or modified in any way
- You have the original invoice or proof of purchase
Products Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene, quality, and material-specific reasons, the following products cannot be returned:
- Granite sinks and stone-based products – Due to the natural stone material, these products are non-returnable once delivered.
- Products that have been installed, used, or altered.
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Products with broken seals or damaged packaging.
- Products purchased during special clearance sales.
- Accessories like disposers, air taps, or electronic components that have been opened or installed
Manufacturing Defects and Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged during transit – visible damage to the product or packaging
- Defective or faulty – manufacturing defects affecting functionality
- Incorrect item – different from what you ordered

Refund Process
Refund Timeline
- Products are inspected within 2-3 business days of receipt at our warehouse
- Once approved, refunds are processed within 3-4 business days
- The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method
Refund Amount
- Full refund: Original product price (excluding shipping charges) for eligible returns
- Defective/damaged products: Full refund including original shipping charges
- Incorrect item sent: Full refund including original shipping charges
Payment Method-Specific Refunds
- Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days after refund processing
- Net Banking: 5-7 business days after refund processing
- UPI/Digital Wallets: 3-5 business days after refund processing
- Cash on Delivery: Refund via bank transfer (bank details required)
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product:
- Return the original product following our return process
- Place a new order for your desired product on shop.morzze.com
This ensures you receive your preferred product faster without waiting for exchange processing.
Return Shipping
- Defective/Damaged/Incorrect Products: Free pickup arranged by Morzze
- Change of Mind Returns: Free pickup within the 7-day return window (not applicable for granite/stone sinks)
- Return shipping is managed by our logistics partners—you don’t need to arrange courier services
Product Warranty
All Morzze products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms vary by product category:
- Kitchen Sinks: 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects
- Faucets: 1 year warranty on functionality
- Electronic Products: 1 year warranty (Air Taps, Disposers)
- Bathroom Accessories: Warranty terms as specified on the product page
For warranty claims, please contact our support team with your invoice and product details. Warranty does not cover damages due to improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
Important Notes
- Products must be returned with the original invoice
- Refunds are processed only after quality inspection approval
- Installation charges (if any) are non-refundable
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy guidelines
